What is Shagun's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that customized or altered garments are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For our handcrafted 'Ready to Ship' collections, orders are dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. For select locations, we also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
